DESCRIPTION
This 40-hour course builds directly on the concepts of speed from
slide (skids) and basic motion analysis taught in the Intermediate
and Advanced Accident Investigation courses. The class will focus
on calculating the speed of an auto that struck a pedestrian;
the pre- and post-crash dynamics and the human factors that relate
to these accidents. The course will review basic algebra, physics
and basic motion equations. The course meets with the guidelines
established by P.O.S.T. ACTAR approved for CEU.
